Rationale
A majority of youth, women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs), who did not receive any formal education, face challenges of employment and livelihood means, due to lack of professional or business skills. Without any opportunities, they become dependent on their families and society. This adds to the unemployment index of the country and can lead to social exclusion and unrest.
Projects
Livelihood and skill training for women, youth and PWDs, microfinancing businesses, strengthening rural Self Help Groups (SHGs), mentorship, advocacy campaigns.
Impact
Empowerment programs aim to create financial independence, improve well-being, and unlock the potential of our women, youth and PWDs, to create a more inclusive society.
